Value Disney Resort

Families on a budget may want to consider a stay at All-Star Resort, because it’s considered one of the value Disney resort hotels. That means it’s cheaper compared to other Disney resort hotels that are considered moderate or deluxe. It’s one of three All-Star Resorts in Disney World, along with All-Star Sports Resort and All-Star Movie Resort.

Family-Friendly Features

All-Star Resort is famous not just for its pricing but also because it’s the only All-Star resort hotel with family suites and larger rooms with an extra bed. It’s popular with families because of its easy dining options at Intermission Food Court.

The resort just reopened in 2021 after it was renovated. All of the buildings are inspired by different music genres, like Rock Inn, Jazz Inn, Country Fair, and Broadway Hotel. They include giant musical displays, which are great for photo ops to pose in front of!

All-Star Music Resort Pools

You and your family can cool off at two main pools at the All-Star Music Resort. The guitar-shaped Calypso Pool features a fountain where Donald Duck and his friends spray water on passing swimmers. Children can also play in a kiddie pool that’s nearby, behind Melody Hall lobby and food court. Plus, there’s the Piano Pool that’s shaped like a giant grand piano.

Activities at All-Star Music Resort

There’s plenty of fun, family-friendly activities you can do at All-Star Resort. There are campfires where you can roast marshmallows every night at 7 p.m. You can also check out nightly movie screenings at Calypso Pool at 9 p.m. If you love games, visit the resort’s arcade-style game room, Note’able Games. There’s also a playground near the Jazz Inn building.
