Other Pools
There are three other, quieter pool areas throughout the Old Key West Resort: the Turtle Pond, Southpoint, and Miller’s Road sections all have their own pools.
Sports and Recreation
Old Key West has volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts. Complimentary volleyballs, tennis balls and racquets, and shuffleboard equipment can be rented at Hank’s Rent ‘n Return. You can also rent bicycles or surrey bikes here. There is also a 1.5 mile jogging trail located at this resort.
For some indoor fun check out the Conch Flats Community Hall for amenities such as ping pong and pool tables, or stop by the fitness center.
Campfires and Movie Night
Many Disney resorts, including Old Key West, offer complimentary campfires at night. Afterwards, you can stick around for an outdoor showing of a Disney film. You can ask the front desk for a recreation calendar to check out details such as what movie will be playing, where it will be held, and at what time.
Catch-and-Release Fishing Excursions
Disney has expert guides that can take your group on a fishing trip to some of the lakes on Disney property. Disney will provide the boat and fishing gear. Visit the front desk at the resort to inquire about reservations, pricing, and time availability.
