Disney Photo Package

While camera phones have made capturing memories in the moment more accessible, it can still be difficult to get everyone in the photo at once. There is almost always a designated photographer in the family that regularly gets left out. Luckily, Disney World has photographers throughout the parks to capture posed photos with the whole family. For those more candid moments, there are hidden ride cameras to capture those magical moments mid-ride! While you can purchase these photos individually,

Memory Maker allows you to have all these photos in the palm of your hand through the Disney app. If you are hoping to save money or simply cannot wait to post your photo, you can often ask a cast member to take a picture with your phone when you are trying to capture a moment!

The Best Disney Photo Spots By Park

Now that we've discussed how to get these photos, let's talk about where to get these photos. While some of the best photo locations are easy to find, others are more hidden gems that can lead you to exploring areas of the parks you may have never seen before.

Does Disney Own Harry Potter

Magic Kingdom

Did you know that Cinderella's Castle is one of the most photographed locations in the world? With photographers all down Main Street and up towards the iconic landmark itself, it's also one of the easiest places to get a classic family photo! The photo spots don't stop at the castle's gates, however.

4 Lands

Just off of Main Street at Magic Kingdom, there are four lands: Adventureland, Frontierland, Fantasyland, and Tomorrowland. Within each, there are opportunities for themed photos for a more unique twist than the traditional castle photo.

As you stroll through Adventureland, consider climbing the Swiss Family Robinson's tree house for fun views, an interactive experience, and – of course – great photo opportunities.

As you take a walk through Frontierland, you can take a boat to Tom Sawyer's island where there are similar opportunities to play and snap shots of you and the whole family.

Fantasyland, of course, is known for the meet and greet opportunities where photographers are always present but one of the best photo locations is between Haunted Mansion and It's A Small World at the Rapunzel-themed area. Our pro tip to you is to watch Fireworks from this location to avoid crowds in front of the castle and capture a unique perspective with your camera.

Epcot is a park of photo opportunities. It's no surprise that you often see guests dressed up to take photos. With lands inspired from countries across the world, you can take a photo in Mexico in the morning and Canada in the evening. No flight necessary. While the world showcase at Epcot offers an entire trip's worth of photo opportunities, Epcot's other locations are equally as photogenic. Whether it's snapping shots with sea turtles at The Living Seas' Aquarium to a family photo outside Epcot's iconic Spaceship Earth, there are plenty of places to make and document memories.

Hollywood Studios

Hollywood Studios truly excels at taking you to other world – or galaxies. If you have a movie fan in your family, Hollywood Studios is the best place to document yourself in your favorite movies. A picture drinking a fizzy drink at Oga's Cantina is sure to set any Star Wars fan's heart alight. Is Indiana Jones more your speed? You can take a picture as if outside a South American temple yourself – without the risk, of course!

Animal Kingdom

Animal Kingdom is, by far, the location with the most unique photo opportunities. Once you have your family photo outside the Tree of Life, you can branch out to other elements of the park. Have you ever wanted a photo with a tiger or video with a monkey? Animal Kingdom is the best place to capture that once in a lifetime candid moment.

The Best Photo Locations Across The Walt Disney Resort

If you'd rather stay on solid ground, there are several bars and restaurants across property to achieve that sky high photo. From the California Grille at the Contemporary Resort to Capa at the Four Seasons Resort in the center of Disney World's property, you can wine and dine yourself at the top of the (Disney) world.

Water Views

If heights are not your specialty but you are interested in a unique photo opportunity at Disney World, there are few snapshots that scream vacation like one by the water. Whether it's renting a car-shaped boat to take on the lake at Disney Springs' Lake Buena Vista or relaxing by the lake at Magic Kingdom's Seven Seas Lagoon, there are several places across Disney World to take a refreshing photo by the water. While getting the perfect photo for your social media, frames, or scrapbooks is important, remember that it the perfect photo is not the reason for your trip. While a picture is a representation of a memory, the best way to create those memories is simply by enjoying your vacation at Walt Disney World.
